  • Any matters not specified in this policy will be handled in accordance with the separate "Terms of Use."

Our policy may change without notice, so please check this page for the latest information.

Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.

When worn

- Please wear an inner layer as much as possible to avoid direct contact with your skin.

・Please keep dry cleaning and hand washing to a minimum, and even if an item is marked as "hand washable" on the product page, please dry clean it as much as possible.

After wearing

After wearing, immediately dry in a well-ventilated place with low humidity and no direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting.

・We recommend using fans, air circulators, etc.

- Use hangers that fit the shape of your clothes, and use hangers with thick shoulders for silk, dresses, shirts, jackets, etc.

Storage method

・Store in a well-ventilated room with low humidity, away from direct sunlight and fluorescent lights (as this can cause discoloration), and do not overpack, keeping the pack to about 70-80% full, leaving space between packs. (We recommend using a dehumidifier, electric fan, or air circulator.)

- Use hangers that fit the shape of your clothes, and use hangers with thick shoulders for silk, dresses, shirts, and outerwear.

- Be sure to use insect repellents, dehumidifiers, and desiccants, and use the same ones.

- Please store knitwear, hoodies, sweatshirts, and cotton T-shirts carefully folded rather than hanging them on hangers.

- Please be sure to remove the vinyl cover from the cleaning product before storing it, as it can easily trap moisture and cause mold. (Non-woven fabrics are OK.)

-When storing for a long period of time, be sure to dry clean or hand wash to remove any dirt, then store in a closet.

- Please refrain from storing items in paper bags or cardboard boxes.

About silk products

-Silk is a very delicate material.

- Direct sunlight can cause discoloration, so please avoid it as much as possible when storing or wearing the product.

- To reduce the frequency of washing as much as possible, please wear innerwear that does not come into direct contact with your skin.

- Please be careful as the fabric is prone to pilling and snagging due to friction and catching on bags and accessories.

・When the product gets wet, it is easy for stains to remain and it is also easy for it to lose its shape or become deformed. If it gets wet due to rain or other reasons, do not leave it as it is. Immediately wipe it off with a clean towel or handkerchief and then dry it thoroughly.

-The use of steam irons is also strictly prohibited.

- It will last longer if you don't wear it every day, but let it rest for 1-2 days after wearing it for one day. If you wear it continuously, it will wrinkle easily and deteriorate faster.

-Please note that the color may fade easily.

- It is heat sensitive and will melt at temperatures above 80°C.

Regarding items with lace or decorations

- Please be careful to avoid pilling, snagging, peeling, chipping, or damage due to friction or catching on bags or accessories.

Regarding hand washing and dry cleaning of products

*Excessive washing can cause damage.

・To avoid washing as much as possible, please use innerwear that does not come into direct contact with oils, sweat, or your skin.

Please clean the item as much as possible only when it is likely to get stained with sweat or is dirty. If this is difficult, please hand wash it if the product page states that it can be hand washed.

* Please be sure to use the cleaning service affiliated with our service and refrain from using other companies for cleaning.

Hand washing instructions

・Please be sure to wash each item separately.

・Only mild detergents for delicates, mildly acidic detergents, and detergents for silk (since silk tends to become stiff, please use detergents for silk). (Do not use fabric softener.)

- Never use a washing machine, hand wash cycle, or dryer.

1. Pressing and shaking

- Try to towel dry as quickly as possible.

1. Add detergent for delicate fabrics to a washbasin of lukewarm water (20-30°C) and stir well.

2. Turn the clothes inside out and fold them. Submerge the entire garment in water with both hands and gently press and wash without rubbing or kneading it hard (for thin items such as silk or blouses, move them back and forth to let them swim and shake them for a short time; only press and wash if they are very dirty). Then lift them out of the water. Repeat this process several times, pressing and shaking them 10 to 20 times.

If the stain is severe, apply detergent and gently pat with a soft sponge to remove the stain without rubbing or rubbing. Silk is particularly prone to pilling and fuzzing, so be careful.

- If the item is made of cotton, linen, or polyester and does not contain any other materials, and you are concerned about sweat stains or odors, you can soak it for about 15 minutes, rinse it for about 1 minute, and then soak it.

Do not rub or rub too hard, but do it as quickly as possible.

Do not dehydrate delicate materials

2.Dehydration

- Clothes with decorations, silk, rayon, cupra, wool, and knitwear should be sent to step 3 without dehydrating, even if they are mixed together.

- For cotton, polyester, polyurethane, and nylon items, fold them and place them in a laundry net that fits your size. If there is any excess space in the laundry net, tie up the excess and spin dry for about 30 seconds to remove dirt and detergent more thoroughly. If you are unsure, you can skip spin-drying and proceed to step 3.

3. Rinse

- Discard the water in the basin, replace it with clean water, submerge the clothes, and gently press and shake them to wash.

- Change the water about three times until the water is no longer dirty and rinse off the detergent thoroughly.

Delicate materials are handled quickly

Do not rub, twist or squeeze, gently

4. Dehydrate and towel dry

- For materials other than delicate ones such as silk, cupra, rayon, and lace, return to step 2 for dehydration.

- Wringing delicate materials will cause the fibers to shrink and harden, so never twist, rub, or wring them.

- For delicate items, lightly drain the water, then place the item between a large towel and gently pat it to remove excess moisture.

- For thicker materials such as knitwear, place the garment on top of a towel, roll it up, and gently press from above to remove moisture.

- Delicate clothing is prone to losing its shape, so make sure to keep it in good shape and gently pull on ruffles and tucks with your fingertips to keep it taut.

5. Drying indoors

- Use hangers that fit the shape of your clothes, with thicker hangers for shirts and dresses, and hang them indoors in a well-ventilated place that is not exposed to direct sunlight and has low humidity. (We recommend using a bathroom dryer, electric fan, or air circulator.)

- Hanging knitwear and silk items on a hanger can cause them to lose their shape, so lightly tap them to remove wrinkles, then lay them flat to dry on a flat surface indoors, or hang them to dry indoors on a clothesline.

Allow to dry completely before storing

Explanation of each material

polyester

・If there is stubborn dirt or odor, you can soak it in water.

- Pilling easily occurs due to friction

Apply detergent directly to areas such as collars and cuffs where stains are a concern and leave it for a few minutes to remove the stains more easily.

- Weak to high temperatures (irons, dryers, etc.)

nylon

- Heat-sensitive (iron, dryer, etc.)

- Regular maintenance, about once every 1 to 2 months, will help extend the life of your product.

wool

- Always keep the temperature below 30°C to avoid shrinkage and discoloration.

・Friction and kneading cause it to "felt" and shrink.

- Avoid frequent washing and instead care for it by brushing or using a steamer.
