How to use

1. Purchase cleaning tickets for the number of items you wish to use.
2. After placing your order, please arrange for collection by Yamato Transport yourself, or take the item to the nearest convenience store or branch office, pay the round-trip shipping fee, enclose a return label, and then send it off.

* If you have sent the item cash on delivery or have only paid one-way shipping, we will charge you the shipping fee and return the item to you once we have confirmed your payment.
