Returns due to customer convenience
・We accept returns of unused, tagged items only if they are still in the same condition as when they were delivered, with the tags still attached, and are shipped within 5 days of arrival. (Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as gift cards and personalized items, as they are marked as non-returnable on the product page. Please see the return policy for details.)
*The amount refunded minus a 1,000 yen handling fee will be given as store credit that can be used for this service.
*If you would like a refund to your original payment method, please submit a separate request via the "request" page. We will immediately deduct the store credit and process your refund. In this case, you will be charged for the return shipping fee.
Returns due to a defect on our part:
We ask that you return your purchase within 5 days, but at most 14 days . Once we have inspected the product, we will refund your payment to your original method of payment.

2. After approval, attach the enclosed return label and arrange for Yamato Transport to collect the item yourself, or take it to the nearest convenience store or Yamato Transport office to return it.

・レンタル開始日=ご注文後の、弊社からの商品発送日
・返却日=返却申請後、お客様に返却発送頂いた日
・次回決済日=6/1レンタル開始の場合、
1ヶ月レンタルは7/1が次回決済日。
1週間のレンタルの場合は、6/8が次回決済。
次回決済日の2日前までに返却申請、前日までにご返却をお願いいたします。

Buy as is:
Once you have paid the subscription amount listed on each product page, ownership will be transferred to you. Subscription payments will be automatically stopped.
Buy later (one-time purchase during subscription payment):
This can be done by applying through the " request" page and paying the difference between (purchase amount later) and (total subscription payment amount) as stated on each product page.
・Please return the item at any time you like. (Some items have a specified return period, which is stated on the product page.)
*Pro rata refunds are not available.
*Even if you return the item to us immediately after payment, you will be charged for one month.
- Please rest assured that you will not be charged for any damage, breakage, stains, etc. that are within the scope of normal use (as long as we take immediate action).
・We will only ask customers to pay repair costs and purchase the item if we determine that the item has not been properly maintained, stored, or used.

- Irreparable scratches, dents, or chips in the frame due to a fall, etc.
- If the product is lost or stolen after receiving it but before it is sent back, the customer will be responsible for paying for the product.
・We are sorry, but we do not currently have such a system in place. We would appreciate it if you could place your order at an appropriate time with some leeway in the date.
・We are sorry, but we do not offer pro rata refunds for monthly purchases or rentals.
If you return the item immediately after payment, you will be charged for one month.
・If you want to take advantage of the discount, please return the item so that it arrives 3-4 days before payment.

Shipping Method

Regarding Pricing and Distribution
*The selling price and any readjustments will be determined by our company, taking into account market prices and demand.
*The net profit, after deducting various expenses (cleaning, repairs, storage, logistics, labor costs for inspection and product listing, payment processing and sales fees, etc.) from the sales revenue, will be distributed as 50% to the customer / 50% to our company.
*Sales revenue will be reflected as store credit usable within this service each time a sale or rental is completed.

Regarding Items Handled
・Designer/Luxury Items
*Items listed on this service are selected by our company. We also handle proxy sales for items, including those not listed, on other marketplaces. We appreciate your understanding.
*Items that are unsuitable for rental or sale, such as those with severe damage or stains beyond repair, strong odors, counterfeit goods, or products that cannot be legally sold, cannot be handled. If you wish for such items to be returned, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Regarding Temporary Suspension or Cancellation of Consignment Sales Due to Customer's Circumstances
*Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
*If our company has not recovered various expenses, such as shipping costs, repairs, cleaning, photography, product registration, and storage, the unrecovered portion of these expenses will be borne by the customer. Items will be returned once payment is confirmed.

・3-year validity period
