・We offer try-on and resizing services at our atelier (Omotesando/Kotto-dori) or by mail.

・To try on the clothes, there is a deposit of 5,500 yen (tax included). Up to 2 items can be sent by mail at one time, and up to 4 items can be delivered to the atelier. If you require alterations, 5,500 yen will be deducted from the rental price .

*If you try on an item at the atelier and there are no other appointments available on the same day, you can try on up to four more items for an additional fitting fee. (If you need less than one item altered for every four items, the fitting fee for those additional attempts will not be refunded.)

*For fitting/return/sizing via mail, please return the item by the next day after it arrives, and the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee + packaging fee of 550 yen per item . (For details, please see the bottom of this page.)

・On the day of rental, you can either pick up your items at the studio, or have them delivered for a round-trip shipping fee plus a packaging fee of 550 yen per item. (Direct delivery to a location other than your home is also possible. We ask that you check with your destination beforehand.)

・We ship via Yamato Transport, sizes 140-180cm, and one-way shipping costs start from 2,630 yen. (Shipping from Tokyo)

About trying on (returning) and resizing by mail

• You can return the item for the following fee only if you have only tried it on, if the tags are still attached (if any), all accessories are included, and it is returned in the original packaging by the day after it was received. (Except in the case of natural disasters, if you are not at home and the day of receipt is delayed, the normal rental fee will be charged.)

・If you request resizing for one or more items per two items: round-trip shipping fee + packaging fee of 550 yen / customer pays only per item
・If you do not request resizing for at least one item per two items: round-trip shipping + packaging fee of 550 yen per item + handling fee of 5,500 yen per two items, to be paid by the customer

• We can only send up to two items at a time.
• Any cleaning or alterations required after trying on: Customers are responsible for these costs. (Vera Wang items are delicate, so please be careful not to tear or snag them. Also, please be careful of makeup stains, perfume, sweat, etc. When trying on items, we ask that you avoid strong-smelling items and wear an undershirt such as a face covering.)
