・We offer fittings and size alterations in Kawaguchi, Saitama, at rental spaces in Tokyo, at your home if it's nearby, or by mail.

・Fittings require an upfront payment of ¥5,500 (tax included) / up to 2 dresses can be sent by mail at one time. If alterations are made, ¥5,500 will be deducted from the rental fee.

*For fittings/returns/size alterations by mail, please return the item by the day after it arrives. Round-trip shipping + packing fee of ¥550 per item will be borne by the customer (Please see the bottom of this page for details).

・On the day of rental, you can either pick up the item or have it delivered for a round-trip shipping fee + packing fee of ¥550 per item (direct delivery to locations other than your home is also possible. Please check the availability of the destination yourself).

・Items are shipped via Kuroneko Yamato, with sizes ranging from 140 to 180. One-way shipping starts from ¥2,630 (shipping from Tokyo).

Regarding mailed fittings (returns) and size alterations

• For fittings only, if the tags are attached, all accessories are complete, returned in the original packaging, and returned by the day after arrival, returns are accepted at the following fees (excluding natural disasters, if receipt is delayed due to absence, regular rental fees will be charged).

・If you use size alteration for at least 1 out of 2 dresses: Customer bears only round-trip shipping + packing fee of ¥550/item
・If you do not use size alteration for at least 1 out of 2 dresses: Customer bears round-trip shipping +packing fee of ¥550/item +handling fee of ¥5,500/per 2 dresses

• The maximum number of items that can be sent at one time is 2.
• Costs for cleaning, alterations, etc. required due to fitting: Customer bears the cost (Vera Wang items are delicate, so please be careful of tears and snags, as well as makeup stains, perfume, sweat, etc. When trying on, please avoid strong-smelling items and wear something like a face cover + innerwear.)
• When packing, please be sure to return the item in the original box and take care to ensure the dress is not crushed or damaged. Please note that returns in different packaging cannot be accepted.
