Mail-order try-on

- Up to two items can be sent at a time.

- Please pay for the item in advance, and if you return the item, we will refund you by store credit, or if you prefer, by bank transfer.

・Items that can be tried on ( returned)

• You can return the item for the following fee only if you have only tried it on, if the tags are still attached (if any), all accessories are included, and it is returned in the original packaging by the day after it was received. (Except in the case of natural disasters, if you are not at home and the day of receipt is delayed, the normal rental fee will be charged.)

・If you request resizing for one or more items per two items, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and packaging fees. ・If you do not request resizing for one or more items per two items , the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and packaging fees plus a fitting fee of 5,500 yen per two items.

• Any cleaning or alterations required after trying on: Customers are responsible for these costs. (Vera Wang items are delicate, so please be careful not to tear or snag them. Also, please be careful of makeup stains, perfume, sweat, etc. When trying on items, we ask that you avoid strong-smelling items and wear an undershirt such as a face covering.)
• When packing, please be sure to return the dress in the box it was delivered in. Please be careful not to crush or damage the dress. Please note that we cannot accept returns in different packaging.
