Alexander McQueen -

It is characterized by mystical and intense imagery.
It employs advanced tailoring techniques, paying meticulous attention to silhouettes and details.

Designer: Alexander McQueen
Known for his unconventional designs and shocking approaches, his dramatic designs earned him numerous accolades. He had a clientele of avant-garde fashionistas such as Björk, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna, and won British Designer of the Year four times.
Born the youngest of six children in a working-class area of London. His father was a taxi driver. He left school at 16 and was hired as an assistant at a tailor on Savile Row. He later worked at Romeo Gigli's atelier in Italy, but then returned to London to study at Central Saint Martins for a master's course.
In 1992, his debut was decided when his graduation collection at Central Saint Martins caught the eye of Isabella Blow, a Vogue editor and renowned stylist. At that time, Blow bought McQueen's entire graduation collection for the exceptional price of £5,000, even though he was still unknown.
In 1996, he participated in London Fashion Week. In the same year, he was appointed designer for Givenchy, but in December 2000, he sold 51% of "McQueen Co." shares to the Gucci Group. This caused a falling out with Givenchy, which is under LVMH. He was dismissed as a designer upon the expiration of his contract in October 2001.
He also designed the second line, "McQ."
