(Since the veil covers your face, pure white is also recommended if you want to brighten up your face area instead of ivory.)

・We offer fittings and alterations in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture, at rental spaces in Tokyo, at your home if it's nearby, or by mail.

・Fittings require a deposit of ¥5,500 (tax included) / up to 2 items can be mailed at once. If alterations are made, ¥5,500 will be deducted from the rental fee.

*For fittings/returns/alterations by mail, please return the item(s) by the day after receipt. Round-trip shipping + packing fee of ¥550 per item will be borne by the customer. (Please see the bottom of this page for details.)

・On the rental day, in addition to picking up the item, delivery is possible for round-trip shipping + packing fee of ¥550 per item. (Direct delivery to locations other than your home is also possible. Customers are responsible for confirming the recipient's availability.)

・We ship via Kuroneko Yamato. Sizes range from 140 to 180, and one-way shipping starts from ¥2,630. (Shipping origin: Tokyo)

Regarding mail-order fittings (returns) and alterations

• For fittings only, returns are accepted at the following rates only if the item has tags (if applicable), all accessories are included, it is returned in the original packaging, and it is shipped back by the day after receipt (excluding natural disasters; if receipt is delayed due to your absence, the regular rental fee will be charged).

• ・If 1 or more items out of 2 require alterations: Only round-trip shipping + ¥550 packing fee per item is borne by the customer.
  ・If 1 or more items out of 2 do not require alterations: Round-trip shipping + ¥550 packing fee per item + ¥5,500 handling fee per 2 items is borne by the customer.

• We limit the number of items that can be sent at once to 2.
• Costs for cleaning, alterations, etc. required due to fitting: Borne by the customer (Vera Wang items are delicate, so please be careful of tears and snags, as well as stains from makeup, perfumes, and sweat. When trying on, please avoid strong scents and use a face cover and innerwear.)
• When packing, please ensure to return the item in the original box and take sufficient care to prevent the dress from being crushed or damaged. Please note that returns in different packaging cannot be accepted.
