・Fittings and size alterations are available in Kawaguchi, Saitama, or by mail.

*For fittings in Kawaguchi, if there is no next reservation on the day, you can try on up to 4 additional dresses for an extra fitting fee. (If the number of alterations is less than 1 per 4 dresses, the fitting fee for that number of sessions will not be refunded.)

*For fittings/returns/size alterations by mail, please return the item by the day after it arrives. Round-trip shipping + packaging fees will be borne by the customer. (Please see the bottom of this page for details)

・On the day of rental, you can pick it up yourself, or delivery is available with round-trip shipping + packaging fees borne by the customer. (Direct delivery to locations other than your home is also possible. Customers are responsible for confirming the recipient's availability.)

・Shipping is handled by Kuroneko Yamato, with sizes ranging from 140 to 180, and one-way shipping starting from ¥2,630. (Shipping origin: Tokyo)

Regarding mail-order fittings (returns) and size alterations

• For fittings only, if the tags are attached, all accessories are included, and the item is returned in the original packaging by the day after arrival, returns will be accepted at the following rates (excluding natural disasters; if delivery is delayed due to your absence, the regular rental fee will be charged).

・If 1 or more out of 2 dresses require size alterations: Round-trip shipping + packaging fees borne by the customer
・If less than 1 out of 2 dresses require size alterations: Round-trip shipping + packaging fees + handling fee of ¥5,500/per 2 dresses borne by the customer

• The maximum number of items that can be sent at one time is 2.
• Costs for cleaning, alterations, etc., necessitated by fittings: borne by the customer (Vera Wang items are delicate, so please be careful of tears and snags, and be mindful of makeup stains, perfumes, and sweat. When trying on, please avoid strong scents and use a face cover + wear underwear.)
• When packing, please be sure to return the item in the original box and take extreme care to prevent the dress from being crushed or damaged. Please note that returns in different packaging will not be accepted.
