*If you try on dresses in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture, and there are no subsequent reservations for the day, you can try on up to 4 more dresses for an additional fitting fee. (If the number of altered dresses is less than 1 per 4 dresses, the fitting fee for that number of times will not be refunded.)

*For fittings/returns/size alterations by mail, please return the item by the day after it arrives (Please see the bottom of this page for details).

・On the day of rental, you can eitherpick it up or have itdelivered. (Direct delivery to locations other than your home is also possible. Customers are responsible for confirming the compatibility of the destination.)

・We ship via Yamato Transport, sizes are 140-180, and one-way shipping starts from ¥2,630. (Shipping origin: Tokyo)

About fittings (returns) and size alterations by mail

• Only for fittings, if the tag is attached, with the tag, all accessories are included, returned in the same packaging as sent, and returned by the day after it arrives, you can return it at the following rates (excluding natural disasters, if you are absent and receive it late, the normal rental fee will be charged).

・If you use size alteration for 1 or more out of 2 dresses: Round-trip shipping + packing fee borne by the customer
・If you do not use size alteration for 1 or more out of 2 dresses: Round-trip shipping +packing fee +handling fee ¥5,500/per 2 dresses borne by the customer

• We limit the number of items that can be sent at one time to 2.
• Costs for cleaning, alterations, etc. required due to fitting: Borne by the customer (Vera Wang items are delicate, so please be careful not to tear or snag them, avoid makeup stains, perfumes, sweat, etc., and when trying on, please avoid strong odors and wear a face cover-like item + innerwear.)
