About fittings (returns) and size alterations by mail

• Returns are possible at the following rates only if it is for fitting only, with tags attached if applicable, all accessories are complete, returned in the original packaging, and shipped back by the day after arrival (excluding natural disasters; if delivery is delayed due to your absence, the regular rental fee will be charged).

・If one or more dresses out of two are altered: round-trip shipping + packing fees at customer's expense
・If one or more dresses out of two are not altered: round-trip shipping + packing fees + ¥5,500 handling fee per two dresses at customer's expense

• We limit the number of items that can be sent at one time to two.
• Costs for cleaning, alterations, etc. required due to fitting: customer's expense (Vera Wang items are delicate, so please be careful of tears and snags, as well as makeup stains, perfume, and sweat. When trying on, please avoid strong-smelling items and wear a face cover and innerwear.)
• When packing, please be sure to return the dress in the original box and take extreme care to prevent the dress from being crushed or damaged. Please note that returns in different packaging will not be accepted.
