Mail-order try-on

・A maximum of 2 items can be sent at one time.

・Item fees are paid in advance. In case of returns, a store credit will be issued. For those who prefer, a bank transfer refund can also be arranged.

・Items eligible for try-on (return)

• Items can be returned for the following fees only if they have only been tried on, have their tags attached (if applicable), all accessories are included, are returned in the original packaging, and are shipped back by the day after receipt (excluding natural disasters; if receipt is delayed due to absence, regular rental fees apply).

・If more than 1 item out of 2 requires alterations: Round-trip shipping + packaging fee borne by the customer
・If no more than 1 item out of 2 requires alterations: Round-trip shipping + packaging fee + try-on fee of 5,500 yen per 2 items borne by the customer

• Cleaning or alteration costs incurred due to try-on: Borne by the customer (Vera Wang items are delicate, so please be careful of tears or snags, makeup stains, perfume or sweat. When trying on, please avoid strong scents and wear a face cover and innerwear.)
• When packing, please ensure to return the items in the original box and be careful not to crush or damage the dress. Please note that returns in different packaging cannot be accepted.
